If you are interested in having an allotment please contact the Parish Clerk in the first instance, if an allotment is available then the below form(s) will need to completed and returned to the Clerk either by post or electronically.
Payment of existing allotments is annually and must be received promptly after receiving your agreements. Rental for the 24/25 financial year will be £20.
This will increase on renewal at the end of Febraury 2025 to £25 per year. There will be an annual rental review and this may increase in line with inflation.

National Allotment Society
Recently the Parish Council became members of the NAS https://www.nsalg.org.uk/. There is a membership available via the NAS for individual allotment holders which has several benefits:

Staunton Gate allotments
The Parish Council are still waiting forh the handover process with Taylor Wimpey and Tendring district Council to complete. The waiting list is currently circa 18 persons. It is expected that all on the waiting lsit will be accomodated.
